Whootbeer! is a beer blog, in case you couldn't tell by the randomness of the content to the left. I'm based in Knoxville, TN and love the brewing culture that surrounds the area. I try not to get to technical with things here (though they can get a bit nerdy), but that's just because i can't read terms like "mouthfeel" without giggling uncontrollably.
